4. Usage Restrictions

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source of, or decrypt Ares Roofing's product or any portion of it.
Use Ares Roofing's services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ares Roofing’s Property: Ares Roofing retains all right, title, and interest in and to the services, including all related intellectual property rights.
5.2 User Content: Ares Roofing does not claim ownership of any data, information, or material you upload, submit, or otherwise transmit to or through Ares Roofing's services.
6. Termination
Ares Roofing may terminate or suspend access to the services at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
Ares Roofing reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on Ares Roofing's website. Your continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Ares Roofing's services are provided "as is" and "as available." Ares Roofing makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether expressed or implied, regarding the services.

Ares Roofing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11.SMS Messaging Terms
If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, you agree that Ares Roofing may send you SMS messages related to your account or requests, including appointment confirmations, event confirmations, reminders, follow up message series, and periodic marketing promotions if you have opted in to marketing messages. Message frequency may vary.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
